Maternity Cover Advert

Trust Administrator: Maternity Cover

6 hours per week. For 3-6 months, starting September 2016.

Salary: £8.50 per hour.

We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly and efficient person with the ability to work on their

own initiative, and who can also support and motivate the involvement of volunteers. You will need

to be well organised, competent, and able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and helpful

manner with all different people. The right person will have proven IT skills and experience of

working in an administrative capacity.

You will need to work closely with the Trust Administrator, who will be continuing with

administrative and financial work during her initial maternity period. You will also need to work

flexibly with the Board of Trustees, volunteers and local community groups.

We need you to man our office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am – 12noon. You

will deal with all enquiries in person and by phone and email. Making bookings, and managing the

Great Hall facilities, all as agreed with the Trust Administrator.
